A Vikki Vargas Visit!

Yep, that Vikki Vargas!   And we’re going to be on NBC news tonight at 5:00 p.m.!

Ms. Vargas called late yesterday morning and asked if she and her Channel 4 news crew could stop by to visit with CSC and interview Steve.   Duh…let’s think about that for a bit…heck, yeah!

Ms. Vargas had seen the Sue Carpenter LA Times article on California Scooter and wanted to learn more.   It was a great visit, and Ms. Vargas spent quite a bit of time with Steve and Lupe.   You read that right…our very own Lupe is going to be on TV!

We had a good time, and I especially liked the fact that Kevin, the camera dude, seemed particularly taken with my bike, the Baja Blaster.  I’m hoping to catch a few glimpses of it on TV, too, but it’s up against some pretty tough camera-time competition from Steve and Lupe.  If you pick up NBC News in So Cal, make sure you watch for us at 5:00 p.m. today!
