Here at CSC Motorcycles, we’re all about fun you can afford—and that philosophy doesn’t just apply to our bikes! Every month, we wrap up our work with a much-loved company tradition: our End-of-Month Employee Cookout. It’s our chance to put down the wrench, fire up the grill, and celebrate a month of adventure and hard work as a team.
September was no exception, and this time, the culinary reins were handed to a man who knows a thing or two about smooth operations: Matt from our Service Department!

The Service Guru Becomes the Grill Master
When Matt isn’t ensuring your TT250 or SG250 is running in peak condition, he’s apparently mastering the art of the perfect taco. For this month’s feast, Matt took the team’s taste buds on a journey, delivering an authentic taco spread that was truly chef’s kiss.
The star of the show was the incredible meat we sourced from Lario’s Meat Market in Covina, CA. Matt loaded up the flat top with two absolute classics: perfectly seasoned Asada and succulent Chicken. The aroma alone was enough to bring the whole warehouse running!

The weather was absolutely perfect for an outdoor fiesta. With a glorious 75-degree temperature and a light breeze flowing through the air, we set up shop right outside the doors, complete with the iconic CSC canopy shading the setup. It felt like a mini-rally right in the parking lot! (We even brought out a few of our classic scooters for decoration.)

But Matt didn’t stop at the meat. He masterfully grilled a colorful mix of onions, yellow jalapenos, and green jalapenos. While the chilies added a fantastic layer of flavor and char, neither the grilled peppers nor the vibrant red and green salsas were overly spicy—just packed with a delicious, fresh punch. (Though we’ll admit, the green salsa had a delightful kick that kept us reaching for the Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper!)
It was a fantastic afternoon of camaraderie, great food, and plenty of shop talk.
