Stealing the show is the SG400 San Gabriel, the new big brother to our venerable SG250, which takes the retro-themed concept to a whole new level. But that’s not all, there’s the new RZ3S Haylon that is built to satisfy sportbike riders.
Both are powered by all-new 380cc parallel-Twin engines that boast electronic fuel injection, overhead cams, four valves per cylinder and liquid-cooling that are able to propel the bikes up to a GPS-verified 96 mph! With that kind of power and 6-speed transmissions, you can cruise all day at any freeway speeds in America.
The new bikes offer two types of cool. The Haylon features a spectacular steel-tube trellis frame like the ones seen on expensive Italian sportbikes, backed up by an adjustable inverted fork, dual-disc front brakes, and an adjustable monoshock.
The SG400 trades in one front brake disc and swaps in a 4-piston radially mounted caliper activated through flex-free braided-steel brake lines. Its retro-inspired wire-spoke wheels feature a patented design that allows using tubeless tires. Both bikes utilize dual-channel ABS control from the world-renowned Bosch company so you can stop as safely as can be.
Both bikes have low seat heights and weigh around 400 pounds, so they’re agile and easy to manage, and accessible to almost anyone. They also feature full LED lighting, stainless steel exhaust systems, and tapered aluminum handlebars.
With motorbikes as appealing as these, fuel economy might not be top of mind, but you can expect nearly 70 mpg. And with 5+ gallon fuel tanks, you won’t need to stop for gas for 300 miles!
