The Village President, that is. Our good buddy Jim attended the Milwaukee Scooter Rally and he sent this nice note and a group of photos to us…
Hi T.K.,
Saturday my friend Scott and I participated in an Annual Scooter Rally and BBQ that a local dealership, Moto-Scoot puts on. (I know the owner because he also deals in vintage motorcycles and I’ve bought some parts from him for my 400KZ). My friend Scott has a sweet 1968 Honda CL125A, the smallest twin Honda ever built I believe. And I of course took “CSC ONE.” The weather was perfect; there was a crowd of over 150 people, and my California Classic was the “talk of the town”. I answered a lot of questions about the bike, the company, and great times they would have if they owned one. (You can send me some of your business cards if you likeJ).
I have included some photos in my email; their sure was a variety of scooters on hand but nothing like mine. The 57 Cushman was cool, and the Ruckus is bad at 187cc’s! Our hosts took the whole group on a ride (with escorts blocking the intersections) through downtown Milwaukee, over to the lakefront, and through the various small dining and shopping districts Milwaukee has to offer. It was a great ride and my Yellow classic performed flawlessly.
Jim
Folks, take a look at these great photos from Jim…that’s his yellow CSC Classic in a few of them!
Jim, thanks for taking the time to send your great photos to us, and thanks for being a loyal CSC rider!
