Dinner at La Tolteca…

Fun times tonight…we had a great Mexican dinner with our friends from China and Colombia at La Tolteca.  For our Chinese friends, it was their first encounter with Mexican food, and I’m happy to tell you it was a grand success.   You can see the size of those burritos, and there wasn’t much left when we finished…

We’re meeting for breakfast tomorrow, then it’s back to the plant to set up the RX3s for each rider, and then we’re off to Glendora Ridge Road for our break-in ride.   Gerry gave my bike a thorough going over, too, and we’re ready to roll.
